Fly Software is a consumer software brand operated by SMTGROUP FZE, United Arab Emirates. SMTGROUP FZE is the data controller for personal data handled through this website and Fly Software applications, unless an app-specific notice says otherwise.
What this policy covers
This policy covers flysoftware.net, messages sent to Fly Software, and our mobile applications. Each app may have different features and permissions. Its App Store privacy label, permission prompts, in-app disclosures, and any product-specific privacy notice form part of this policy. If a product-specific notice differs from this general policy, that notice applies to the relevant app.
Information we may collect
Messages you send
The website contact form opens your email application. The website does not receive the form contents itself. If you email us, we receive the address, name, message, attachments, and other information you choose to include.
App and device information
Where disclosed for a particular app, we may receive app version, device model, operating-system version, language, broad region, feature events, crash reports, and performance diagnostics. We use this information to keep products reliable and improve them.
Content and permissions
An app may request access to device features such as the camera, photos, files, or notifications when they are necessary for a feature you choose to use. Permission requests appear through Apple’s system controls. Product-specific disclosures explain whether content stays on your device or is transmitted for processing.
Purchases
Apple processes App Store payments. We do not receive your full payment-card details. We may receive product identifiers, transaction status, subscription status, and receipts needed to provide or restore a purchase.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and restore the features you request.
- Respond to support, partnership, career, and other messages.
- Find crashes, measure performance, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.
- Process purchase status and meet accounting, security, and legal obligations.
- Send product communications only where you request them or applicable law otherwise permits them.
Sharing and service providers
We may use carefully selected providers for hosting, email, customer support, diagnostics, infrastructure, and other services needed to operate a product. We may also share limited information with Apple for distribution, purchases, TestFlight, and App Store services, or with authorities where disclosure is required by law.
Providers may process data only for the agreed service and must apply protection consistent with this policy and applicable law. We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not share it for third-party advertising without a clear product-specific disclosure and any consent required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep personal data only for as long as it serves the purpose described here. Support and business correspondence is normally deleted or anonymized within 24 months after the last interaction. App diagnostics and usage records are normally retained for no more than 12 months. Transaction, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained longer where required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute.
You can request deletion by emailing hello@flysoftware.net. If an app offers accounts, it will also provide the deletion method required for that product. Data stored only on your device can normally be removed through the app, by deleting its content, or by deleting the app.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct, receive, restrict, object to the use of, or delete your personal data. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. You can also manage device permissions in iOS Settings and purchase or subscription settings through Apple.

International processing and security
Our providers may process information in countries outside the United Arab Emirates. Where required, we use contractual or other appropriate safeguards for international transfers. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our general utility products are not directed to children. If a specific Fly Software product is designed for children, it will include a dedicated notice and age-appropriate safeguards. If you believe a child has provided personal data contrary to an app’s disclosures, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our products, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the relevant app, website, or other suitable channel.
